Chairman, Airports Authority of India (AAI) is the authority to appoint External Independent Monitors (EIMs) to oversee effective implementation of Integrity Pact. For this purpose, a panel of EIMs is constituted by the Authority in concurrence with Central Vigilance Commission (CVC). The EIMs will have status / similar to those of Board Members of AAI.
