Walk-in Interview for the empanelment of Locum/Part time Doctors in AAI,Chennai Airport.

The Doctors possessing the following qualifications, experience are invited for WALK-IN INTERVIEW for empanelment of Locum / Part time Doctors for mustering of Medical cover at Medical Unit, AAI, Chennai Airport .

JOB SPECIFICATION & QUALIFICATION

Qualification          :       M.B.B.S. preferably with post graduation in General Medicine, Aviation Medicine, Cardiology, Surgery or Orthopedics.

Experience            :       At least 5 years after graduation including one year as House Surgeon (Jr. Resident) in a teaching institution with preference for candidates having worked in an Aviation establishment.

Proximity              :       The candidates would be residing in close proximity to the Airport and make himself available for duty within two hours of being informed for a shift duty immediately in case of any Airport emergency.

Availability             :       The doctor must be available on telephone at his residence or at the clinic.

Duration of duty    :           Minimum 6 hours.

Remuneration (i) For minimum 6 hrs    -  Rs.490/-
(ii) For every additional Hour beyond 6 hrs.   -  Rs.85/-
(iii) For performing 12 hrs. duty  - Rs.1000/-
(iv) No conveyance allowance / taxi  fare is admissible.

          

Those fulfilling the above norms and willing to offer their services as per AAI, Chennai Airport requirement, shall attend for a WALK-IN-INTERVIEW on 12.06.2006 at 1430 hrs in the office of the  Dy. General Manager (Pers.), AAI, Administrative Building, Chennai Airport, Chennai 600 027.

On the date of interview, candidates should submit their application with relevant particulars, viz., Name, Date of Birth, Address, Qualification, Experience etc., along with a copy of the original certificates, one recent passport size photograph and proof of residential address.
